While he has charmed many on the South Side for his surprisingly consistent mediocrity, for being a below-average consumer of innings on a pitching staff that was a phone call away from more Dylan Axelrod or Undead Tommy Hanson, Hector Noesi is relic of darker times in recent Mariners history.
